Battling

If Stadium Mode was chosen, you will have to wait a moment while your opponent picks his three Pokémon.

After the challenger picks his Pokémon, you can choose.  You can view some of the information about their Pokémon, and all of the information about your own.  Use the Add and Remove buttons (or double-click the lists) to build a team of three.  When you're done, press Ready.

As the battle continues, you'll see battle and chat messages on the right.  Pick your attacks with the options on the lower left, pick Pokémon to switch to on the lower right.  If anyone uses a weather-changing move, the current weather will be displayed in the upper left.  The Pokéballs on the left (Three in Stadium Mode, six otherwise) show the status of your opponent's Pokémon.  Red Pokéballs mean the Pokémon is fine, gray ones if they have a status problem, gray ones with an X through it if they are fainted.  Once the battle is over (or before, but your opponent probably won't appreciate it), you can pick Done to return to the server, or Exit to return to the main menu.
